For New Year’s Eve 2011 we are proud to offer “I HEAR A SYMPHONY, Motown's Greatest Hits!

Your audience will want this show to go on "All Night Long" as you celebrate the billboard hits of Motown. Featuring such greats as "I Heard It Through The Grapevine", "ABC", "Signed, Sealed, Delivered", "My Girl", "Stop In The Name of Love", "Respect", and more!

Thanks in advance for considering participation in our New Year’s Eve activities and the following exciting sponsorship* opportunities:

Concert Sponsor - $5,000

(Charitable Contribution $4,000)
In return for your generous support of the New Year’s Eve Symphony concert, the Concert Sponsor will receive the following:

Ten (10) complimentary tickets. Each ticket includes pre-concert dinner ticket and orchestra level seat.
Full page ad in the concert program booklet; distributed at DeVos Performance Hall on the evening of the concert. (Distribution: 2,300)
Mention in any press releases distributed to the media for the New Year’s Eve Concert.

Concert Benefactors - $3,000

(Charitable Contribution $2,400)
In return for your generous support of the New Year’s Eve Symphony concert, the Concert Benefactor will receive the following:

Six (6) complimentary tickets. Each ticket includes pre-concert dinner ticket and orchestra level seat.
Half page ad in the concert program booklet; distributed at DeVos Performance Hall on the evening of the concert. (Distribution: 2,300)

Chair Sponsors - $2,000

(Charitable Contribution $1,600)
In return for your generous support of the New Year’s Eve Symphony concert, the Chair Sponsor will receive the following:

Four (4) complimentary tickets. Each ticket includes pre-concert dinner ticket and orchestra level seat.
Quarter page ad in the concert program booklet; distributed at DeVos Performance Hall on the evening of the concert. (Distribution: 2,300)

Program Sponsors

The program will be distributed at DeVos Performance Hall on the evening of the concert. (Distribution: 2,300)

Full page sponsor - $1,500 (Charitable contribution $1,500)
Half page sponsor - $1,000 (Charitable contribution $1,000
Quarter page sponsor - $750 (Charitable contribution $750)

Concert Contributions

$500 contribution will receive 2 complimentary $66 concert tickets (Charitable contribution $440)

$250 contribution will receive 2 complimentary $49 concert tickets (Charitable contribution $210)
Your name will be listed in the program as a Concert Contributor (Distribution: 2,300)

Concert Supporters

Donation of any amount (Charitable contribution 100%). Your name will be listed in the program as a Concert Supporter. (suggested is the cost of two tickets - $40 - $180 (Distribution: 2,300)
