Boyden-Shearer Scholarship

This unique scholarship was established by the Rotary Club of Grand Rapids Charities Foundation in honor of Joel M. Boyden and Thomas Shearer, both of whom served as Past Presidents of the Rotary Club of Grand Rapids. The Scholarship is awarded annually to a qualified Grand Rapids area high school senior who has met four standards: scholastic achievement, athletic accomplishment, community service and financial need.
